Job Title: Elevator Installer



As an Elevator Installer, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining elevators in various buildings and structures. Your main duty will be to ensure that the elevators are installed safely and in compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install new elevators in buildings, including hoistways, rails, control panels, and other necessary components
- Inspect existing elevators for any malfunctions or safety concerns, and perform repairs as needed
- Conduct routine maintenance on elevators to ensure they are functioning properly and safely
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during installation or maintenance processes
- Communicate with clients to understand their specific needs and preferences regarding elevator installation
- Keep detailed records of all installations, repairs, and maintenance work performed on each elevator
- Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and changes in regulations to ensure compliance in all work performed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational or technical training in elevator installation preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an elevator installer or technician
- Knowledge of electrical wiring systems, mechanical components, and safety regulations related to elevators
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics for elevator systems
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues independently
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients, coworkers, and supervisors
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy equipment and work at heights

Salary: $1200 per month (negotiable based on experience)

City: Shan (Malaysia)
