Industrial Architect - Design and Plan Industrial Spaces

As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and planning industrial spaces such as factories, warehouses, and distribution centers. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and create functional and efficient layouts for their facilities. Your role will involve conducting site visits, analyzing building codes and regulations, creating detailed building plans, and overseeing construction processes to ensure the design is implemented successfully.

To excel in this role, you must have a strong understanding of industrial building materials and construction techniques. You should also possess excellent technical skills in 3D modeling software and computer-aided design (CAD) programs. A keen eye for detail, problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills are essential for success as an Industrial Architect.

This is a full-time position based in Shan with a salary of $1100 per month. We welcome candidates from India who have experience in industrial architecture. Visa sponsorship will be provided for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to determine their needs and requirements for industrial spaces
- Conduct site visits to gather information on existing buildings or potential construction sites
- Analyze building codes, zoning regulations, environmental factors, and other constraints to ensure compliance with regulations
- Create detailed building plans using CAD software
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to develop cost-effective solutions
- Oversee construction processes to ensure the design is implemented accurately
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, advancements in technology, and changes in regulations related to industrial architecture

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in industrial architecture
- Proficient in 3D modeling software (e.g., SketchUp) and CAD programs (e.g., AutoCAD)
- Strong knowledge of industrial building materials and construction techniques
- Familiarity with building codes, zoning regulations, and environmental factors
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
