Turner/ Machinist



We are seeking a skilled and experienced Turner/Machinist to join our team in Faro. As a Turner/Machinist, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of machines to produce precision metal parts. This is a full-time job with accommodation provided, suitable for men with their own visa.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate various types of machines such as lathes, grinders, and milling machines
- Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Measure and inspect finished parts to ensure they meet required specifications
- Troubleshoot and solve any issues that arise during production
- Maintain machines by performing regular maintenance and repairs
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Turner/Machinist in a manufacturing setting
- Proficient in reading technical drawings and using precision measuring tools
- Strong knowledge of machine operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Good physical strength and dexterity to handle heavy materials and operate machinery
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Fluent in English (Portuguese is an asset)
