Barista - Coffee Specialist


A renowned coffee shop in Chelyabinsk is seeking a talented and experienced Barista to join our team of passionate coffee specialists. As a Barista, you will be responsible for creating and serving high-quality coffee drinks while providing exceptional customer service. Our ideal candidate will have prior experience as a Barista and a deep understanding of different coffee brewing methods. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and has a strong passion for coffee.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks according to our standards
- Ensure quality in every beverage by following the proper brewing techniques
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service
- Educate customers about our different coffee offerings and make recommendations based on their preferences
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Restock supplies, ingredients, and equipment as needed
- Contribute to maintaining a positive and collaborative work environment

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista or in a similar role
- Knowledge of various brewing methods, including pour-over, French press, espresso, etc.
- Familiarity with latte art is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills with ability to engage with customers in a friendly manner
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Must be able to understand basic English language instructions (no English fluency required)
- Own visa or ability to obtain necessary work permit
