Experienced Excavator Operator

The Excavator Operator will be responsible for operating heavy equipment, including excavators, to perform various construction tasks such as digging trenches, grading land, and moving earth. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience operating excavators and a valid operator's license. This full-time position is located in Vilnius and offers a salary of $1000 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Operate excavators to perform tasks such as digging, trenching, and grading
- Ensure equipment is properly maintained and report any malfunctions or repairs needed
- Follow safety protocols and regulations at all times
- Communicate with other team members to ensure efficient completion of tasks
- Assist with other construction tasks as needed

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience operating excavators in a construction setting
- Valid operator's license for heavy equipment
- Ability to read and understand construction plans and diagrams
- Strong attention to detail and ability to operate equipment with precision
- Physical stamina to work long hours in various weather conditions
- Excellent communication skills in English
