Sales Manager - Part Time (Porto)
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and achieve sales targets. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, using your exceptional communication and negotiation skills to build and maintain relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth
- Identify potential clients and build strong relationships through cold calling, networking, and other sales techniques
- Meet with clients to understand their needs and provide them with solutions that meet their requirements
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, including revenue projections, pipeline analysis, and budget management
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a sales role is preferred but not essential
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients of all levels
- Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Knowledge of the Porto market is preferred but not essential
Working Hours:
This is a part-time position requiring approximately 20 hours per week. Working hours can be flexible but may involve some evenings or weekends.
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1800$ per month, plus commission on sales.
Location:
This role is based in Porto and does not include accommodation. It is suitable for men who are looking for part-time employment without prior experience.
