Sales Manager
We are searching for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Porto. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and market share. You will also be in charge of managing a team of sales representatives and ensuring they meet their targets.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients
- Build strong relationships with clients and maintain excellent customer satisfaction
- Manage a team of sales representatives and provide guidance and support as needed
- Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and make necessary adjustments to reach targets
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, finance, and operations to ensure cohesive strategies
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, progress, obstacles, and forecasts
- Train new employees on company products/services, sales techniques, and processes
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a sales management role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- In-depth knowledge of sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
- Proficient in CRM software

-Language requirement: Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
-Salary: 1400$ per month
