Office Manager - Porto, Portugal
We are in search of an organized and proactive Office Manager to join our team in Porto. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office, ensuring smooth functioning and efficiency. Your main duties will include managing schedules and appointments, maintaining office supplies, coordinating with vendors, and handling administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Attention to detail
- Proactive problem-solving abilities
Responsibilities:
- Manage office operations and procedures
- Coordinate with vendors for office maintenance, supplies, and services
- Oversee schedules and appointments for meetings and conferences
- Supervise administrative staff and delegate tasks as needed
- Maintain accurate records of office expenses and budgeting
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence (e.g. emails, letters)
- Prepare reports, presentations, and data analysis as needed by management
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Support HR with onboarding new employees
- Conduct inventory of office supplies regularly
Salary: $1500 per month (without accommodation)
