As a Finisher in our company, you will be responsible for completing the final touches on products before they are ready for sale or delivery. This is a full-time position located in Ufa, Russia. Responsibilities:
- Inspect finished products for any defects or imperfections
- Use various tools and techniques to smooth, polish, and refine surfaces
- Apply finishes or coatings as needed
- Ensure products meet specifications and customer requirements
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Communicate any issues or concerns to the production team

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a finisher or similar role
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Familiarity with different types of finishes and coatings
- Strong attention to detail and quality control skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Must have own visa/work permit for Russia
