Handyman

As a Handyman, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing various properties, facilities, and equipment. You will have a wide range of tasks including carpentry, plumbing, painting, and electrical work. You must have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. This position requires physical strength and stamina as well as the ability to work in various weather conditions. Attention to detail and good time management skills are essential for this role.

Responsibilities:
- Perform basic repairs and maintenance tasks such as carpentry, plumbing, painting, and electrical work
- Troubleshoot issues with equipment and systems
- Conduct routine inspections to identify potential problems
- Purchase and maintain necessary tools and equipment
- Keep track of materials used for each project
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on progress
- Work independently or as part of a team depending on the project
- Follow safety protocols at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a handyman or similar role
- Basic knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, painting, and electrical work
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects
- Good time management skills
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Valid driver's license

Preferred:
- Prior experience working in property maintenance or construction industry
- Familiarity with power tools
- Ability to read blueprints or technical manuals

Location: Faro, Portugal

Salary: $1100 per month
