Hotel Sales Manager for a Luxury Resort in El-Ain, Egypt

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team at a prestigious luxury resort in El-Ain, Egypt. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and occupancy. You will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with key clients and identifying new business opportunities.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Sales Manager in a luxury hotel or resort
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong knowledge of the local market and industry trends
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new business and increase revenue
- Maintain relationships with key clients and negotiate contracts
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
- Train and supervise the sales team to ensure targets are met
- Collaborate with other departments to create packages and promotions to increase sales
- Prepare reports on sales performance and present them to management

Salary: $1200/month plus bonuses based on performance.
