Hotel Sales Manager
We are hiring a dynamic and experienced Hotel Sales Manager for our luxury hotel in El-Ain. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through developing and maintaining relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and event planners. You will also oversee the hotel's sales team, providing guidance and support to ensure targets are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and competition.
- Negotiate contracts and rates with corporate clients, travel agencies, and event planners.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the management team.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure excellent guest experience.
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Sales Manager in the hospitality industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team.
- Knowledge of market trends and competitors in the hospitality industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary of $1000 per month. Indian or Nepali nationality preferred. English language skills are not required for this role.
