Entry-Level Concrete Worker


We are seeking a hardworking and dedicated individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Concrete Worker in Lisbon. As a Concrete Worker, you will be responsible for assisting with various tasks related to concrete construction, such as pouring, finishing, and repairing concrete structures.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the preparation of concrete surfaces for pouring
- Mix and pour concrete according to specifications
- Smooth and finish surfaces of poured concrete
- Repair and patch existing concrete structures
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations on job sites
- Keep work area clean and organized

Requirements:
- No prior experience required, training will be provided on the job
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials as needed
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to follow instructions and work well within a team environment
- Valid work visa for Portugal (we can help arrange if needed)
- Basic English language skills preferred
