Part-Time Barista (Indian Nationals) - Los Angeles, USA

We are seeking a skilled Part-Time Barista to join our team in Los Angeles. As an Indian national, you will bring your unique cultural background and passion for coffee to our diverse team. This position requires prior experience as a barista and the ability to work part-time hours.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks
- Ensure quality and consistency in every drink served
- Take customer orders and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe area, including equipment, counters, and seating areas
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions about menu items, and ensuring their satisfaction with their order
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times

Requirements:
- Indian nationality with valid work visa or sponsorship for employment in the USA
- Prior experience as a barista or in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of different coffee brewing techniques is a plus
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with customers from diverse backgrounds
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Availability to work part-time hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Salary: $1300 per month (based on 20 hours per week)
