Senior Architect - Shan

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Shan. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the design and construction process, from initial concept to final execution. Your expertise in architectural design, project management, and technical knowledge will be crucial in ensuring the successful completion of projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, needs, and budget for projects
- Develop design concepts and presentations using 2D/3D software tools
- Create detailed architectural drawings and specifications for construction
- Oversee the selection of materials, finishes, and equipment for projects
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to ensure quality and timely delivery of projects
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any design or construction issues that may arise

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an architect with a focus on commercial or residential projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other design software
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods/materials
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly to clients and team members
