Office Assistant - Karachi, Pakistan
We are in need of a reliable and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Karachi, Pakistan. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth running of our office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate personnel.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for the team.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoice processing and data entry.
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic files.
- Perform general office duties such as photocopying, scanning, and filing.
- Keep the office clean and tidy at all times.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification as an Office Assistant or Secretary is a plus.
- Proven experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English. Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1400 per month for this full-time position.
