Sales Manager - Jeddah, Saudi Arabia


We are currently hiring a Sales Manager to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team to achieve company sales targets and objectives. This position requires someone with experience in sales, preferably in the Indian market, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and achieve company targets
- Manage and motivate the sales team to meet individual and team goals
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction
- Monitor market trends and competition, providing regular reports to senior management
- Train and mentor new members of the sales team
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in sales, preferably in India or with Indian clients
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team towards success
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and make strategic decisions based on data
- Biometric passport for travel within the region
