Construction Manager

We are in search of a skilled Construction Manager to oversee our construction projects in Vianden. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the construction process from start to finish, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards. Your duties will include planning and coordinating project schedules, overseeing subcontractors and construction workers, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. You will also be responsible for managing project budgets and expenses, as well as maintaining communication with clients and stakeholders.

Requirements:
- Filipino nationality preferred
- No English required but basic communication skills in English would be beneficial
- Experience in construction management or a related field
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings
- Proven track record of completing projects on time and within budget

Salary: 1700$ per month
