Babysitter/Childcare Provider

We are in search of a reliable and experienced Babysitter/Childcare Provider to join our team in Ufa, Russia. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children, be kind and patient, and have a minimum of 2 years experience in childcare. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, with the occasional weekend evening babysitting shift.

Responsibilities:
- Provide attentive and loving care for children aged 2-6 years old
- Plan and engage in age-appropriate activities to promote child development
- Prepare meals and snacks for children
- Maintain a safe and healthy environment for the children
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's well-being and any concerns or updates
- Supervise playtime both indoors and outdoors
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks related to childcare (i.e. tidying up toys, cleaning up after meals)

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Babysitter or Childcare Provider (minimum 2 years)
- Fluent in Russian (English proficiency is a plus)
- A genuine passion for working with children
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask and handle emergency situations calmly
- Valid CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Must be able to pass background check
