Team Lead for Indian Nationals in Balzers


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead to join our dynamic team in Balzers, Liechtenstein. As the Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our company, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This position is suitable for Indian nationals and does not require proficiency in English.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise a team of employees, providing guidance and support as needed
- Assign tasks and ensure that they are completed within designated timelines
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback to improve productivity and efficiency
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and successful project completion
- Create strategies to improve overall team performance and achieve company goals
- Train new team members on company policies, procedures, and job responsibilities

Requirements:
- Indian nationality with a valid work visa or ability to obtain one
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role or in a leadership position
- Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Prior experience in the industry is preferred but not required
