Cruise Line Operations Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cruise Line Operations Manager to join our team in Doha. As the Cruise Line Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of the cruise line operations, including managing staff, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of the cruise line operations
- Oversee staff and ensure proper training and development
- Monitor safety procedures and ensure compliance with regulations
- Maintain budget and financial records for the department
- Liaise with various departments to ensure smooth operations
- Implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Address any issues or concerns raised by customers or staff in a timely manner
- Stay updated on industry trends and developments to ensure competitiveness

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in cruise line operations management
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a diverse team effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of safety regulations in the cruise line industry
