Cruise Line Customer Service Representative
As a Cruise Line Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to passengers on board our cruise ships. This role is based in Doha and is open to candidates of any nationality who are interested in working in the cruise line industry. Fluency in English is not a strict requirement but would be beneficial.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist passengers at check-in and throughout their journey
- Handle inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner
- Provide information about onboard facilities, activities, and excursions
- Process reservations, payments, and refunds accurately
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Maintain knowledge of company policies and procedures
- Handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred
- Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service or hospitality industry
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly on your feet
- Knowledge of multiple languages is an asset
Salary:
