Cruise Line Customer Service Representative
Location: Doha, Qatar
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Cruise Line Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, addressing any questions or concerns they may have during their cruise experience. This position is open to Indian nationals with no English language requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests as they board the cruise ship and assist with check-in procedures
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, complaints, and requests for assistance
- Provide information on ship activities, amenities, and port destinations
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of guest purchases
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve guest issues or concerns
- Monitor guest satisfaction levels and take proactive measures to ensure a positive experience
- Assist with embarkation and disembarkation procedures
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior customer service experience in the hospitality industry preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English (fluency in additional languages is a plus)
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1200$ per month.
