Job Title: Restaurant Manager

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of successfully managing a restaurant.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and budgeting
- Train and mentor staff to ensure high quality of service and adherence to company standards
- Create and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones
- Monitor food quality and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff and provide feedback for improvement
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items and specials
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Restaurant Manager in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire others
- Knowledge of budgeting, cost control, inventory management, and profit maximization techniques
- Familiarity with food safety regulations
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as needed

Salary: $1500/month (tax-free) + additional benefits

City: Dubai (candidates from Kenya or any nationality are welcome)
