We are currently seeking a Rental Coordinator to join our growing team in Pula, Croatia. As a Rental Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the rental process from start to finish. This is a contract role with a salary of 1500$ per month. This position does not include accommodation and requires candidates who have their own visa to work in Croatia.

Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers to determine their rental needs and preferences
- Coordinate the rental process including reservations, payments, and contracts
- Ensure all necessary paperwork and documentation is completed accurately
- Inspect rental vehicles before and after each rental period
- Maintain accurate records of rental transactions and inventory
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any inquiries or issues promptly and professionally

Requirements:
- Fluency in English is required for this position
- Previous experience in the rental industry is preferred but not required
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Must have own visa to work in Croatia
