English Language Teacher (Malayalee)

We are seeking a qualified and experienced English Language Teacher to join our team in Nakuru. In this role, you will be responsible for teaching English to Malayalee students, both children and adults. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of the English language and be able to effectively communicate with students from different cultural backgrounds.

Responsibilities:
- Develop lesson plans and teaching materials that cater to the needs of Malayalee students
- Facilitate engaging and interactive classes that encourage active participation from students
- Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback on areas of improvement
- Conduct assessments and exams to evaluate student understanding
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a positive learning environment
- Stay updated on current teaching methods and incorporate them into lessons
- Attend staff meetings and training sessions as required

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
- Fluency in English (both spoken and written)
- Previous experience teaching English as a second language, preferably to Malayalee students
- Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt teaching style to meet the needs of diverse learners
- Patient, enthusiastic, and passionate about teaching language
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficient in using technology for instructional purposes

Salary: $1500 per month (negotiable based on qualifications and experience)
