Personal Fitness Coach

A top-rated gym in Funchal is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Personal Fitness Coach to join our team. As a Personal Fitness Coach, you will be responsible for creating personalized fitness plans for clients based on their specific goals and needs, as well as providing guidance and support throughout their fitness journey. We are looking for someone with a passion for helping others reach their fitness goals, even without prior experience in the field. However, candidates with previous experience or certification in personal training will be given preference.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial consultations with clients to determine their fitness goals and assess their current physical condition
- Create personalized fitness plans that align with clients' goals and abilities
- Guide clients through workouts, providing instruction and motivation to ensure proper form and technique
- Monitor clients' progress and make necessary adjustments to their fitness plans as needed
- Educate clients on proper nutrition and lifestyle habits to support their fitness goals
- Keep accurate records of client progress and communicate regularly with them to track progress and provide support
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and research to continuously improve knowledge and expertise in the field of personal training

Requirements:
- Passion for health, wellness, and helping others achieve their fitness goals
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to connect with clients of different backgrounds and abilities
- Willingness to learn new techniques and methods in the field of personal training
- Biometric passport or ability to obtain one (if not a citizen of Portugal)
- Must be able to work urgently if needed
