We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team in Mombasa, Kenya. As a Sales Representative, your primary responsibility will be to sell our products and services to potential customers. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
- Present, promote, and sell our products and services to potential customers
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Negotiate pricing and terms of sales agreements
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients
- Meet weekly and monthly sales targets
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or similar role in the African market (preferably in Mombasa)
- Proficient in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Highly motivated with a strong desire to achieve results
- Willingness to travel within Mombasa and surrounding areas if required

Education:
A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred but not required.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1600$ per month plus commission on sales.

Contract Type:
This is a contract job with the possibility of extension based on performance.

Note:
A valid biometric passport is required for this position due to the nature of the job which may involve traveling within Africa.
