Sales Manager
A reputable company in Faro is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and increasing revenue through effective management and leadership of our sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and targets.
- Manage, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve their individual and team targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations of the sales team and provide coaching and feedback for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, finance, and operations to ensure smooth execution of sales strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of sales techniques, market analysis, and customer relationship management.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
