Job Title: Body Repair Master



We are hiring a skilled and experienced Body Repair Master to join our automotive repair team in Lisbon. As a Body Repair Master, you will be responsible for repairing and restoring damaged vehicle bodies to their original condition. You will use your expertise in body repair techniques and tools to assess the damage, remove dents, replace parts, and paint the vehicle to perfection. Your attention to detail, precision, and ability to work efficiently under pressure will be crucial in delivering high-quality repairs within specified timeframes. A valid biometric passport is preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Inspect damaged vehicles and assess the extent of repairs needed
- Use various tools and techniques to remove dents, scratches, and other damages
- Replace damaged body parts with new ones or repair them as necessary
- Prepare surfaces for painting by sanding, priming, and masking
- Mix paint colors and apply them using spray guns or other methods
- Ensure all repairs are done according to manufacturer standards
- Work efficiently and effectively to meet deadlines without compromising quality
- Keep track of materials used and maintain inventory levels
- Communicate with customers about the repair process and provide updates as needed

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Body Repair Master or similar role
- Solid understanding of body repair techniques and tools
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals
- Excellent attention to detail
- Physically fit with good hand-eye coordination
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Good communication skills
- Biometric passport (preferred)
