Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior architects to create innovative and functional designs for commercial buildings
- Conduct research and analysis on building materials, construction techniques, and local building codes
- Prepare detailed drawings and blueprints using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Communicate with clients to understand their specific needs and requirements
- Ensure that all designs comply with safety regulations and building codes
- Monitor construction progress to ensure that the project is completed according to the approved design

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a relevant field
- Excellent proficiency in CAD software and other design tools
- Knowledge of building materials, construction techniques, and local building codes
- Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team or independently as needed
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, contractors, and team members

Preferred qualifications:
- Prior internship or work experience in commercial architecture is a plus but not required.
