Job Title: Commercial Architect


A commercial architect is responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of buildings used for commercial purposes such as offices, retail spaces, and restaurants. They work closely with clients to understand their needs and create functional and visually appealing designs.

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to determine their requirements and budget
- Create detailed drawings and 3D models of the proposed design
- Obtain necessary permits and approvals from local authorities
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the project is completed within budget and on time
- Oversee the construction process to ensure design specifications are followed
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in architecture
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial architecture
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other architectural software
- Knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and construction techniques
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey ideas to clients, contractors, and team members
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1100$ per month.
