We are currently hiring a highly skilled Senior Level Developer to join our dynamic development team in Shan, Kenya. As a Senior Level Developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing software solutions that meet the needs of our clients. You will also be responsible for mentoring and leading junior developers, ensuring high-quality code is produced, and staying up-to-date on industry trends and advancements.

Responsibilities:
- Design and develop software solutions based on client requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze project requirements
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code
- Mentor and lead junior developers to ensure their growth and development
- Debug code issues and provide timely resolutions
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements to continuously improve development processes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience as a Senior Level Developer or similar role
- Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python
- Experience with web development frameworks such as React or Angular
- Familiarity with database management systems
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills

Salary: $1000 per month

This is a full-time position with free visa sponsorship and ticket for non-Kenyan candidates. Candidates must have prior experience in software development. We are looking for someone who is highly motivated, has excellent communication skills, and can work well under pressure.
