QA Engineer



We are seeking a skilled and experienced QA Engineer to join our dynamic team in Izhevsk. As a QA Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of our software products through rigorous testing and debugging. You will collaborate closely with developers and other team members to identify and report bugs, develop test plans, and create automated tests. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of software development processes, excellent problem-solving skills, and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough testing of software applications to identify defects and ensure functionality
- Collaborate with developers to understand product requirements and develop test plans
- Create and execute manual and automated test cases
- Identify, document, and track bugs through resolution
- Communicate test results with stakeholders and provide recommendations for improvement
- Continuously improve testing processes and strategies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 2+ years of experience in software quality assurance
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes
- Experience with manual testing as well as writing automated tests using tools such as Selenium or Appium
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Java or Python
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Good communication skills in English

Preferred:
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
- ISTQB or other relevant certifications
- Experience with performance/load testing tools such as JMeter or Gatling

Salary: 1100$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Izhevsk, Russia (accommodation provided if needed)
