Restaurant Manager
The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and staff of our restaurant in Mauren. This role requires a strong leader with excellent communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in restaurant management and a proven track record of driving sales and increasing profitability. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1400 per month.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all aspects of the restaurant, including staff, inventory, and finances
- Create schedules and assign tasks to staff members
- Hire, train, and evaluate staff to ensure excellent customer service
- Develop strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed
- Address any customer complaints or issues in a timely manner
- Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and presentation
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items or promotions
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff members
Requirements:
- Previous experience in restaurant management is required
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong leadership abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proven track record of increasing sales
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Ability to handle customer complaints effectively
- Experience in developing menus or promotions is preferred
