We are hiring a talented and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Mauren, Pakistan. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, managing staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maximizing profits. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for providing a memorable dining experience. Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including food quality, service standards, and overall customer satisfaction
- Hire, train, schedule and manage staff to ensure efficient and effective service
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and reduce costs
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer complaints in a professional manner
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain high-quality food standards
- Conduct regular meetings with staff to discuss performance goals and provide feedback
- Create schedules that optimize staffing levels while considering budget constraints

Requirements:
- Previous experience in restaurant management or a similar role
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
and best practices
- Good understanding of budgeting and financial management
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Degree or diploma in hospitality management or related field (preferred)
