Hotel Sales Manager (English Speaking)

As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase hotel revenue and occupancy. You will identify new business opportunities, maintain relationships with existing clients, and negotiate contracts with corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve hotel revenue goals
- Conduct market research and identify potential business opportunities
- Establish and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and other key partners
- Negotiate contracts with corporate clients to secure long-term business partnerships
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Prepare sales reports and present them to senior management
- Participate in trade shows and networking events to promote the hotel
- Work closely with other departments such as marketing, reservations, and revenue management to ensure a cohesive approach towards achieving sales goals

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel sales, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort setting
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to build lasting relationships with clients
- Familiarity with market trends and competitor activities in the hospitality industry
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary: $1200/month
