Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage online discussions and conversations on various platforms
- Enforce community guidelines and flag inappropriate content
- Engage with users to resolve any issues or concerns
- Collaborate with other moderators to ensure consistency in enforcing guidelines
- Analyze data and provide insights on user behavior
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices for online community management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Flexibility to work evening/night shifts as needed
