IT Manager

As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the information technology department within our company. This includes managing a team of IT professionals, implementing and maintaining technology systems, and developing and executing strategic plans to improve efficiency and productivity. You will also be responsible for ensuring the security and integrity of our company's data and systems, as well as staying current with industry trends and advancements. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of various technologies and their applications. This position is part-time with accommodation provided and is suitable for men who are fluent in English. Chelyabinsk residency preferred but not required. Salary for this position is $1400 per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the IT department's daily operations, including budgeting, planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Hire, train, and supervise a team of highly skilled IT professionals
- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve the company's technology systems
- Ensure the security of all company data by implementing proper protocols and procedures
- Stay updated on new technologies and make recommendations for their implementation within the company
- Collaborate with other departments to identify their technology needs and provide solutions
- Troubleshoot any technical issues that arise within the company
- Oversee the maintenance of hardware, software, servers, networks, etc.
- Develop policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in an IT management role
- Strong leadership skills with proven ability to manage a team
- Excellent communication skills
- In-depth knowledge of various technologies such as networking, database management, cybersecurity etc.
- Familiarity with industry trends and advancements
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with other departments
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
- Chelyabinsk residency preferred but not required
