IT Manager

We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to join our team in Chelyabinsk. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our company's information technology systems and infrastructure. This includes developing and implementing IT strategies, managing budgets, ensuring security and compliance, and providing technical support to employees.

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in information technology management and a deep understanding of current technologies and trends. You should also have excellent communication skills and the ability to lead a team.

This is a contract job with a salary of 1300$ per month. We also provide accommodation for our employees as well as free visa and ticket for foreign candidates. Women are encouraged to apply for this position.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT strategies in line with company objectives
- Manage IT budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness
- Oversee all aspects of the company's information technology systems and infrastructure
- Ensure security of data, networks, and systems
- Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in the industry
- Provide technical support to employees on various software applications and hardware devices
- Train employees on new technology systems or updates
- Lead a team of IT professionals, delegate tasks, and provide guidance as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
- Proven work experience as an IT Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of current technologies including cloud computing, cybersecurity, network infrastructure
- Experience managing budgets
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to lead a team
- Fluency in English
