Technical Support Specialist

We are hiring a Technical Support Specialist to join our growing team in Moscow. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients and users. Your duties will include troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, providing guidance and training to users, and documenting support processes.

As a Technical Support Specialist, you must have experience in a similar role and possess excellent communication skills. You must also have a strong understanding of computer systems, software, and networks. Additionally, you must be able to work well under pressure and have the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients and users via phone, email, or in person
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to hardware, software, and networks
- Guide users through step-by-step solutions
- Document support processes for future reference
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex technical issues
- Keep up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements
- Provide training to users on how to use our products effectively

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, software, and networks
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask effectively

Salary: $1400 per month

Location: Moscow (Visa sponsorship available)
