Job Title: Commercial Architect for Mauren, Nepal

We are hiring a skilled and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team in Mauren, Nepal. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings such as office spaces, retail stores, and hotels. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and create functional and aesthetically pleasing designs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects at once.

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss their project requirements
- Create design concepts and present them to clients for approval
- Develop detailed plans, drawings, and specifications for commercial buildings
- Collaborate with engineers and contractors to ensure designs are feasible and up to code
- Monitor construction progress and provide support as needed
- Make adjustments to designs based on client feedback or site constraints
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and new building technologies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in commercial architecture
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other design software
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present ideas clearly
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Biometric passport (preferred but not required)

Salary: $900 USD per month (negotiable based on experience)
