Entry-Level Metal Worker


We are a growing metal fabrication company located in Funchal, seeking an entry-level Metal Worker to join our team. This position will involve using various tools and techniques to cut, shape, and assemble metal components according to project specifications. The successful candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret project plans and blueprints
- Use hand and power tools to cut, shape, and form metal components
- Weld or solder metal pieces together as needed
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
- Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate protective equipment at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in metalworking preferred but not required
- Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools accurately
- Basic understanding of welding techniques
- Strong physical stamina for working with heavy materials and standing for long periods of time
