Cashier - Salalah (Indian Nationals Only)



We are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Cashier to join our team in Salalah. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for handling cash transactions and maintaining accurate records of all sales transactions. This position is open to Indian nationals only and offers visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities:

- Greet customers as they enter the store and provide them with exceptional customer service
- Process cash, credit, and debit card payments accurately and efficiently
- Count money in cash drawers at the beginning and end of each shift to ensure correct amounts are present
- Maintain accurate transaction records using POS system
- Resolve customer complaints or inquiries in a professional manner
- Keep the checkout area clean and well-stocked at all times
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations of the store

Requirements:

- Proven work experience as a Cashier or in a similar role
- Excellent math skills with the ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles is preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus
- Customer service-oriented with strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Must be able to multi-task and handle stress effectively
- Indian nationality with valid residency permit for Oman
