Entry Level Miner


We are in search of an Entry Level Miner to join our team in Mombasa. As a Miner, you will be responsible for extracting minerals from underground or surface mines. This is a contract job opportunity, with accommodation provided.

Responsibilities:

- Operate mining equipment and machinery to extract minerals from mines
- Inspect mining areas for safety hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Transport minerals and other materials to designated locations
- Maintain and repair mining equipment as needed
- Conduct routine maintenance on mining equipment
- Ensure productivity and efficiency by monitoring production processes and making necessary adjustments
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production goals

Requirements:

- No prior experience required, training will be provided on the job
- Must be physically fit and able to work in challenging conditions, including underground mines
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Basic knowledge of mining processes and equipment preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or degree in Mining or related field is a plus

Salary: $1700 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Mombasa, Kenya
