Accommodation Administrator in Lisbon, Portugal
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accommodation Administrator to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. As an Accommodation Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the accommodation needs for our employees in Lisbon. This includes securing suitable housing options, negotiating rental agreements, and ensuring that all accommodations meet our company's standards.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with landlords and property managers to secure suitable housing options for our employees
- Negotiate rental agreements and ensure that all contracts are in compliance with company policies
- Coordinate move-in and move-out processes for employees, including arranging for furniture rental or purchase if needed
- Conduct regular inspections of employee accommodations to ensure they meet company standards
- Maintain accurate records of employee housing assignments and expenses
- Assist new employees with finding temporary housing until permanent accommodations are secured
- Serve as a point of contact for any issues or concerns related to employee accommodations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in property management or real estate
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of local housing laws and regulations
- Fluency in English (knowledge of Portuguese is a plus)
