We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Chelyabinsk. As the Restaurant Manager, your main responsibility will be to manage the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service and profitability. You will also be responsible for managing staff, controlling costs, and maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff schedules, inventory, and ordering supplies.
- Train and develop staff to provide excellent customer service and maintain high standards of food quality.
- Monitor food and labor costs to ensure profitability.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all areas of the restaurant.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the chef to develop new menu items and specials.
- Conduct regular meetings with staff to discuss performance, provide feedback, and address any concerns.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field is preferred.
- Fluent in English (Russian language skills are an advantage).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train staff.
- Excellent communication skills with both customers and staff.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of cost control techniques and inventory management.
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends.
