Restaurant Manager

As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant in Chelyabinsk. You will be in charge of managing the staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety. Your main goal will be to ensure that our customers have a positive dining experience and that our restaurant runs smoothly.

Responsibilities:
- Hire, train, and supervise restaurant staff
- Create work schedules and ensure adequate coverage during busy times
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Work with the chef to develop menus and specials
- Manage budgets, control costs, and increase profitability
- Collaborate with marketing team to promote the restaurant
- Stay updated on industry trends and implement new ideas to improve operations

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper sanitation practices
- Ability to handle stressful situations and make quick decisions
- Strong communication skills in Russian (English is a plus)
- Familiarity with restaurant management software is preferred
- Degree in Hospitality Management or relevant field is a plus

Salary: 1700$ per month.

Location: Chelyabinsk, Russia.
