Senior Architect

The Senior Architect will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various architectural projects. They will lead a team of architects and designers to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet all necessary requirements. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and extensive experience in architecture. This role requires a high level of creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills. The Senior Architect must also have a thorough understanding of building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$ per month located in Acre.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architectural design
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Extensive knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD or SketchUp
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with project management and budgeting
- Must be able to work well in a team environment

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the design process from concept to completion
- Lead a team of architects and designers to ensure quality work is produced
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Create detailed plans, drawings, and models for various projects
- Ensure that all designs comply with building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations
- Manage project timelines and budgets
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology related to architecture
