Architectural Designer



We are in need of a skilled and creative Architectural Designer to join our team in Lisbon. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for designing and planning various architectural projects, from initial concept to final construction. Your main goal will be to create functional, aesthetically pleasing and sustainable designs that meet our clients' requirements.

To excel in this role, you should have a strong knowledge of architectural principles, building codes, and construction materials. You should also possess excellent design and technical skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaborate with a team.

Responsibilities:

- Develop design concepts based on client needs and budget
- Create detailed drawings and 3D models using computer-aided design software
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project feasibility
- Research and incorporate sustainable design solutions into projects
- Present designs to clients and make necessary revisions based on feedback
- Prepare construction documents and specifications for bidding and building permits
- Conduct site visits during construction phase to ensure design intent is met

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Proven experience as an Architectural Designer or similar role
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit or other design software
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Excellent visual communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy
